Information and purposes

Account and contact details, project and building information you enter, assistant questions and results, and technical usage and security data. We use this information to provide requested features, administer your account, answer questions, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. The public site also receives technical request information, such as IP address and browser.

Required information and communications

Information needed for an account or feature is requested in the relevant flow. Without it, that feature may be unavailable; you can browse informational pages without an account. At this stage we send only transactional emails relating to accounts, security or requested operations. We do not send promotional campaigns.

Services and recipients

AI evaluations use Microsoft Azure AI Foundry alongside Amazon Web Services infrastructure. Query data is processed to generate the requested response. Public pages are distributed through GitHub Pages. Hosting and provider requests may involve processing outside Costa Rica. Provider access relates to delivering and protecting the service.

Retention

Retention depends on the information type, requested feature and applicable obligations. Account data and content are retained while needed for the service; logs, backups and records may require different periods for security or legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion or ask about a specific file or record. Deletion may be limited by retention duties.

Your rights and requests

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data and ask about consent and applicable rights by emailing pacificcoelabs@gmail.com. State the product and request; do not send passwords or sensitive information. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and prevent disclosure to others. Requests are handled under applicable legal deadlines and exceptions.

Browser storage and changes

The cookies and storage page describes public-site preferences and technical mechanisms. This policy also covers the product use described above. Revisions will carry their update date; significant processing changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel before taking effect where required.
